Annual Member Meeting

As per the Bylaws and Elections Rules Policy, the following names were received
from the GECU Nominating Committee for the election of members to your GECU
Board of Directors:

Dr. Teresa Quezada
Guadalupe Giner

As of the petition deadline of March 13, 2025, no nominations by petition were
received.

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held at the Starlight Event Center, 6650
Continental Drive, El Paso, Texas 79925 on April 22, 2025. Social hour will be from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by the business meeting at 7 p.m.
